In 2025, we proudly launched our newly developed automatic pipe clamp production line. Our current pipe clamp production is semi-automated, with the two half-circle components produced separately on different lines and later manually assembled by workers into a complete pipe clamp. The new production line, however, is fully automated — capable of producing a complete set of pipe clamps, from material feeding to final packaging, all in one process. It takes only 6–7 seconds to complete one full set, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs. This innovation took our R&D team two years to develop. The company plans to manufacture six units of this equipment in 2025, with a total investment of USD 600,000.
Our CNC spinning machines can now handle components with a maximum diameter of up to 1200mm, enabling the production of larger and more complex parts.
Our CNC laser cutting equipment now supports sheet lengths of up to 2.5 meters. For round tubes, it can cut diameters ranging from 50mm to a maximum of 160mm for brackets. The cutting thickness for sheet metal ranges from 0.2mm to 20mm, with a maximum machine power of 12,000 watts (12kW), allowing us to process a wide variety of materials with high precision and speed.
Our new bending machine supports sheet lengths up to 3.1 meters and material thicknesses from 0.2mm to 10mm, greatly expanding our capability to handle large and heavy-duty bending tasks.
