We are writing to provide a transparent update regarding pricing adjustments for new orders, effective immediately. This change is driven by significant movements in aluminum raw material costs and USD-RMB exchange rates over the past year, which have directly impacted our production and operating costs.

To ensure full clarity, we have summarized the key market changes below:

February 2026: USD 3,300 / MT

Increase: +USD 600 / MT (+26%)

USD → RMB Exchange Rate Comparison

Early 2025: 1 USD ≈ 7.20 RMB

Current: 1 USD ≈ 6.87 RMB

Change: RMB appreciation of approx. 4.58%

As aluminum is a critical raw material for many of our products — including Casting Aluminium External Louver(CAEL), Square Casting Aluminium External Louver(SCAL), Aluminium External Louver(AEL), Circular Diffuser(CD), Jet Nozzle(JD), Square External Louver(SEL), Circular External Louver(CEL), and Welded Type 4-way diffuser(SD-W)—the sharp rise in commodity prices has created substantial upward pressure on manufacturing costs.

Compounding this effect, our procurement and production are settled in RMB, while most export sales are transacted in USD. The ongoing RMB appreciation has further reduced the effective value of our export revenue, creating additional cost pressure that we can no longer absorb internally.

After careful review, we have implemented minimal and necessary price adjustments that only reflect the actual increases in aluminum raw material costs and exchange rate impacts.

We have not included any additional profit margin, nor have we passed through increases in domestic labor, logistics, energy, or operational overhead.

Our priority remains to maintain stable, long-term partnerships while ensuring sustainable business operations for both sides.
